The Fine Print — Made Readable.

Ownership & Deliverables

  • All custom code, design files, and content created for this project become the full property of the respective client upon complete payment.
  • Third-party assets (stock images, premium plugins, licensed fonts) are subject to their respective license terms.
  • Accelonaut Digital retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, strategies, pricing, and business data shared during this engagement strictly confidential.
  • This obligation survives termination of the engagement by 2 years.

Compliance

  • All content for ABNP will be reviewed against ICAI advertising and communication guidelines before publishing.
  • All email outreach complies with India's DPDP Act, CAN-SPAM (USA), and GDPR (Europe) as applicable.
  • Only white-hat, sustainable SEO practices. No black-hat or grey-hat link building, ever.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
  • All work completed to the termination date is billable. Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • On termination, Accelonaut will hand over all completed assets, credentials, and access — no hold-backs.

Liability & Scope

  • Accelonaut's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the project.
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations due to algorithm changes outside our control are not covered under the guarantee, but will be communicated and addressed promptly.
  • Domain, hosting, and SSL are the client's responsibility and are not included in this engagement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all brand assets (logo, team photos, credentials) within Week 1 of project start.
  • Assign a single point of contact with decision-making authority for each firm.
  • Provide written feedback within 2 business days of each deliverable submission.
  • All regulatory/compliance content to be reviewed by the firm's team before sign-off.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This engagement is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to Arbitration of Courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
  • Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions before initiating formal proceedings.

Important Notes & FAQs

Please Read Before Signing
  • Services Not Taken Won't Be Charged. This proposal covers the full scope of what we can do. You only pay for the services you choose. If you take LinkedIn but not Social Media, you're only invoiced for LinkedIn. There's no bundling pressure — pick what makes sense for you right now.
  • Paid But Not Started → Credits Carry Forward. If you've paid for a month's service but the work hasn't started yet, that payment carries forward — you won't be charged again when the service starts. For example: if you pay in June but campaigns begin in July, July's invoice for that service is zero.
  • Full Activity Records Shared Every Month. Every task, post, outreach message, SEO change, and campaign update is documented and shared in your monthly report. You'll always know exactly what was done, when, and what it produced.
  • One-Time Services: 100% Advance. Website: 50/50. All one-time fees (setup, GBP optimisation, etc.) are payable 100% in advance. Website projects follow a 50% at project start, 50% on delivery structure.
  • Custom Two-Brand Pricing. The pricing in this proposal is specifically structured for a two-brand engagement (ABNP + Plutus). If you decide to proceed with only one brand, the pricing will differ — single-brand rates will be communicated separately.
  • Scope Changes = Pricing Changes — Always Communicated in Advance. If the scope of any service changes during the engagement (new pages, additional channels, expanded outreach, etc.), we will communicate the pricing impact before making any changes. You will never receive a surprise invoice.
  • Every Activity Requires Your Approval. We don't publish anything — website pages, social posts, LinkedIn content, ad creatives, email campaigns — without your sign-off. We'll share content for review and await approval before going live. If we don't hear back after 5 follow-ups, we'll mark it as approved and proceed with implementation — so it's important to respond promptly or flag if you need more time.
